And it‘s really important that governments around the world change trans fat for healthier oils，” said Frieden， the head of the Public Health Organization. The WHO calls on governments to take some steps. These include changing trans fat for healthier oils， letting the public realize trans fat can have bad influence on people‘s health，and carrying out anti-trans fat laws.
