A If a chapter is deleted, by merging with other chapters, the original chapter title will be listed in the table of contents at the front of the manual and the location will be indicated in the reference materials.

B Where chapters have been eliminated through combining with other chapters, the original chapter title will be listed in the table of contents at the front of the manual, and the material will be located in the original chapter.

C If a chapter is deleted by other chapters, the original chapter title will be listed in the table of contents at the front of the manual and the location will be indicated in the reference materials.
